Exhibition Stands Terms & Conditions

  1. Full payment must be received at time of booking. Fees are non refundable.

  2.  Exhibitors will follow all Health & Safety procedures as directed by the venue

  3. The Wedding Fairs of the Midlands” are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of any exhibitors property, or for any injury or accident to exhibitors or members of the public whilst attending a venue

  4. Exhibitors are responsible for any injury to a third parties or damage to venue.

  5. All stalls will be kept free from rubbish and remain tidy throughout the duration of the exhibition, along with ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to 

  6. Electricity: while we will try our best to meet everyone's needs, we will prioritize requirements not on a first come first serve basis. Decisions will be made 1 month prior to event. Please be prepared to bring extension leads (you will be advised closer to the event date).

  7. Sub-letting of stalls is not permitted.  Exhibitors will only display and promote their own products/Business

  8. Any cancellation or amendment to a booking must be sent in writing

  9. In the unlikely event the show is cancelled a full or part refund will be issued (subject to advertising costs).

  10. “the wedding fairs of the midlands” reserve the right to re-allocate space if exhibitor has not arrived and set up within the designated time slot

  11. Should an exhibitor wish to cancel, a refund will be available, if notice is received more than 56 days before the event. If less than 56 days before the event no refund will be given.

    Full Health and safety notices, set up times etc and floor plan will be sent approximately 7 days prior to event.
